ASTM A519-89/ASME SA519 Seamless carbon & Alloy Mechanical tubing

ASTM A519 specification covers several frades of carbon and alloy steel seamless mechanical tubing.
Scope
  • this specification covers several frades of carbon and alloy steel seamless mechanical tubing. The frades anr listed in Tables 1, 2, and 3. When welding is used for joining the weldable mechanical tube grades, the welding procedure shall be suitable for the frade, the condition of the components, and the intended service.
  • This specification covers both seamless hot-finished emchanical tubing and seamless cold-finished mechanical tubing in sizes up to and including 12 3/4 in.(322.8mm) outside diameter of rround tubes with wall thicknesses as required.
  • The tubes shall be furnished in the following shapes, as specified by the purchaser:round, square, rectagular, and special sections.
  • Supplementary requirements of an optional nature are provided and when desired shall be so stated in the order.
  • The values stated in inch-pround units are to be regarded as the standard.

ASTM A335 Pipe Specifications

ASTM A335 Pipe Specifications, Seamless Ferritic Alloy Steel Pipe for High-Temperature Service

ASTM A335 standard is issued under the fixed designation A 335/A 335M; the number immediately following the designation indicates the year of original adoption or, in the case of revision, the year of last revision. A number in parentheses indicates the year of last reapproval. A superscript epsilon ( ュ) indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.

ASTM A333 Pipe Specifications

ASTM A333 is the Standard Specification for Seamless and Welded Steel Pipe for Low-Temperature Service.

ASTM A333 alloy pipe shall be made by the seamless or welding process with the addition of no filler metal in the welding operation. All seamless and welded pipes shall be treated to control their microstructure.

ASTM A213M-09 Standard Specication

ASTM A213M-09 Standard Specication for Seamless Ferritic and Austenitic Alloy-Steel Boiler, Superheater, Heat-Exchanger Tubes

ASTM A519-89 Standard specification

ASTM A519- specification covers for several grades of carbon and alloy steel mechanical tubing, either hot-finished or cold-finished.

The steel used in the mechanical tubing may be cast in ingots or may be strand cast. When steel of different grades is sequentially strand cast, identification of the resultant transition material is required.

EN10216 Standard specification

EN 10216 is a European standard suitable for seamless steel tubes for pressure purposes.

Non-alloy and steel tubes with specified elevated temperature properties.(include amendment A1:2004).
