Cladding process

Cladding is a process where one material covers another. This type of process is used with metals, optical fibers, construction projects and nuclear reactors.

Cladding process: laser cladding is supplied by way of cladding materials, which can be broadly divided into two categories, namely, pre-synchronized laser cladding and laser cladding.

Laser cladding preset cladding material is placed on the substrate surface prior to cladding portion, and scanning the laser beam irradiation melts cladding material is added in the form of powder, wire, plate, powder form which is most commonly used. Synchronized laser cladding cladding material sucked directly into the laser beam, so that the feed and cladding simultaneously. Cladding material mainly in powder form is also fed, and some also used to synchronize the wire feed or plate.

Laser Cladding preset main process is:

The process can repair holes and cracks in the surface of the material , you can restore worn parts geometry and performance.
